Services. Johana's Professional Cleaning Services provides Office Cleaning Services, Decluttering Services, Housekeeping Services, Residential Cleaning Services and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://cleanerscharlotte.com is the property of Johana's Professional Cleaning Services or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. Johana's Professional Cleaning Services reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Johana's Professional Cleaning Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Johana's Professional Cleaning Services arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Johana's Professional Cleaning Services harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. NC law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NC.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
